  PROFIL-I Ltd. uses aluminum profile systems offered by leading manufacturers: REYNAERS, ALUMIL, ETEM, ALTEST, ELVIAL, etc.
Aluminum profiles are produced from allows with high hardness under by employing a special technology, additionally colored and protected by a polymer coating. The variety of shapes and colors can satisfy even the most demanding taste, while the diversity of profile cross sections makes them preferable in manufacturing large shop-windows, arches and providing customized solutions.  
Aluminum profiles for joinery are of two types:
  • without thermal break (cold profiles) – suitable for interior doors and partitions; 
  • with thermal break – suitable for external doors, windows and shop-windows.

    Like most of the metals, aluminum is a good conductor of heat. Aluminum profiles with thermal break consist of three parts: external and internal aluminum parts and a polyamide thermal barrier (bond) between them to prevent the heat transfer from the inside to the surrounding environment. The larger the width of the polyamide barrier, the better the insulation of the profiles.
       Aluminum joinery is characterized by:
  • great variety of profiles in shape, design and color
  • long life and easy maintenance 
  • small linear expansions
  • great temperature range without deformations and cracking
  • thermal transmittance Uf = 1.9-2.2 W/m2 K.
  • excellent sound insulation

  • Suspended facades and winter gardens
    Suspended facades provide an alternative solution for external brick walls. In different types of facades, the fixing of the panels of glazing units is performed either mechanically – with an additional profile (clamp), or by their gluing with special silicones. The diversity of architectural and technical solutions offered by facade structures makes them suitable for providing a modern and attractive look of the buildings
